Production & Projects

Keep a job's customer, deadline, budget and material requirement together. Follow work from planning to completion without losing its stock-issue context.

Plan the work and its materials

  • Named projects with customer, due date and notes
  • Budget values in PKR
  • Bill of materials using existing inventory items
  • Planned, in-progress and completed status
  • Cancellation of planned work before material issue

  2. Define materialsPrepare a bill of materials with Inventory permission.
  3. Start & issueAll required stock must be available before materials are issued.
  4. Complete workUpdate project status when the work is finished.

Issue stock when the project starts

An authorized user with Inventory access can set material quantities before work begins. Starting the project checks every required stock item and issues the BOM together. If a requirement is unavailable, the start is rejected rather than partially issuing materials.

Keep the scope clear

This module records project progress and material use. It does not include advanced manufacturing planning, machine scheduling, labour costing or automatic finished-goods receipt. PLC control and process acquisition are separate SCADA services.

Pair projects with Inventory & Purchasing and business reporting for a clearer operational picture.
