Process visibility
Readable live measurements, machine status, operator screens and site-specific views.
Supervisory control and data acquisition brings process measurements, equipment states and operator information together. We connect compatible PLC and HMI systems to web and mobile dashboards through project-scoped edge gateways, with remote reporting designed around your existing plant.
Start with the controller model, approved register map and readings you need. A compatible industrial IoT gateway polls the PLC over Modbus TCP or RTU, converts values into engineering units and sends authenticated HTTPS updates to a monitoring server. We agree sampling intervals, network access and retention before installation.
Cloud monitoring does not mean exposing your PLC directly to the public internet. Network segmentation, outbound connectivity and access permissions are reviewed for the site. Local logging, store-and-forward, MQTT or third-party drivers are included only when explicitly specified and tested.
A browser-based dashboard gives authorized users access to assigned devices, equipment status, latest readings and supported historical records. A responsive portal works on desktop and phone without requiring a separate native app. Data freshness depends on the connector update interval and site connectivity.
Remote HMI monitoring can include compatible screen mirroring. Operator control is optional, separately permissioned and subject to a reviewed control design; it is not automatically enabled by monitoring access. Explore the simulated machine dashboard.
Map process tags, scale engineering units and build operator views for compressors, pumps, dispensing systems and factory equipment. Modbus TCP/RTU integration is planned against your device register maps and communication limits.
A Raspberry Pi can bridge compatible local equipment and a remote portal, collecting agreed readings and transferring them over HTTPS. We assess serial or Ethernet interfaces, power quality, enclosure requirements and connectivity before selecting hardware.
Readable live measurements, machine status, operator screens and site-specific views.
Review timestamped records, filter by device and date, and print or export supported reports.
Separate customer logins and permissions. Remote viewing and optional control require explicit authorization and a reviewed network design.
Remote dashboards and Raspberry Pi gateways are not safety controllers. Emergency stops, protective interlocks and safety functions must remain in appropriately designed local systems. Control permissions, loss-of-connection behavior, alarm response and acceptance tests are agreed before commissioning.
Provide PLC/HMI models, register maps, signal lists, network drawings, site count, retention requirements and any existing screens. Third-party drivers, licenses, redundancy and compliance requirements are assessed separately.
