Order, receive and verify

Set up a supplier, prepare a purchase order and receive the full order once. Receipt updates stock and creates movement records. Negative stock and duplicate receipts are rejected.

Connect materials to project work

The Production & Projects module uses inventory items for bills of materials. Starting a planned job issues the required stock only when the full material requirement is available.

Current scope

The current workflow supports one-time full purchase receipts, not partial receipts, supplier payments, returns or automatic invoice stock deduction. Units are fixed after item creation. Discuss warehouse, barcode or replenishment requirements before choosing a rollout scope.

Make stock movements accountable
