  • Accepted quotation conversion to an invoice
  • Partial or full payments with method and reference

Your company on every printout

When enabled by the administrator, Print Designer & Preview lets the company owner save separate invoice and quotation layouts. Set a company name, header, footer, data columns, paper size and margins. Preview actual documents before printing; financial totals remain intact.

Keep issued records consistent

Issued amounts are immutable in the current version. Correct an unpaid invoice by voiding it and creating a replacement. Payments cannot exceed the remaining balance, and paid invoices cannot be voided.

Scope and related modules

This is operational billing, not a statutory ledger or tax-filing product. Invoice creation does not automatically deduct stock. Use Inventory & Purchasing for stock movements and Reports & Dashboards for receivables.
