Customers & CRM

Keep customer relationships organized before, during and after a sale. Give authorized employees a common place for contact details and the current lead stage.

A clear customer record

Record a contact's name, company, email, phone and useful notes. Edit details as relationships develop rather than maintaining separate spreadsheets.

  • Contact and company information in one record
  • Lead, qualified, customer and lost stages
  • Notes for follow-up context
  • Company-isolated records and module permissions

Typical workflow

Add an enquiry as a lead, record its contact details and notes, then update the stage as the opportunity is qualified or becomes a customer. Viewers can read contacts; authorized operators can maintain them.

Works alongside sales

Use CRM to organize relationships and the Sales & Billing module to prepare quotations, issue invoices and record payments. Automatic email campaigns, calendar reminders and automatic CRM-to-invoice synchronization are not included in the current version.
