Employees & Access

Give each employee their own login instead of sharing the company owner's credentials. Match module visibility and editing rights to the employee's responsibilities.

Two practical employee roles

  • Operators can read and write in their assigned modules
  • Viewers have read-only access to assigned modules
  • The company owner creates, edits and disables employee accounts
  • Employee modules cannot exceed the company's assigned services
  • Employees cannot manage other employee accounts

  1. Enable company modulesAn administrator assigns services to the company account.
  2. Create employeeThe company owner creates a separate employee login.
  3. Assign permissionsSelect operator or viewer access and a subset of company modules.
  4. Sign in securelyThe employee uses company-username/employee-username and their password.

A clear sign-in format

Employees sign in using company-username/employee-username and their own password. The administrator supplies the company account; the company owner manages the employee accounts within it.

Changes apply to ongoing access

Employee account edits invalidate that employee's session. Removing a company service removes employee access to it. If Employees & Access is removed from the company, employee sign-in is suspended.

Not a payroll system

This module manages ERP logins and permissions, not salary calculation, attendance, leave or statutory payroll. Company print layouts remain owner-managed; authorized employees can preview the layouts available to their modules.
